Ace has a full service computerized art department and can turn whatever you have into professional art. However, to receive standard print price and avoid additional art charges, you must adhere strictly to policies. ACE has the final say whether the artwork you send is acceptable or not.

CAMERA READY ART : Send black and white art. It's your best choice for a quality print.

PHOTOCOPIED ART : Avoid sending photocopied art if the B&W original is available.

FAXES: Fax transmissions are for rough art, sketches, and electronic media hard copies only.
Faxed artwork is not acceptable as agency quality. Faxes can distort the image, Change it's size and lose detail. Specify the size you want your print in inches. For your Artwork to qualify for agency quality it must be sent to us with a completed work order via postal, courier service, or e-mail and also meet other requirements listed below.

GARMENTS: Our art department can take artwork from garments, however, fabric shrinks and stretches with wash and wear. Over time the image becomes distorted. It is best to supply a light garment with a dark print or dark print on a light garment. Art charges will generally apply if we must take a design from a garment.

Ace allows 1 hour of art time for each designer transfer job. This is ample time for our full service, computerized art department to complete most jobs. If your job requires any additional art time, it will be billed at $15.00 per half hour. We will inform you of any art charges before we start your job. We reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion.

Use ACE LAYOUTS, ACE GRAPHICS, and ACE TYPESTYLES or send us your intact proof sheets or camera ready artwork to create low cost custom transfers at standard price. Art must be agency quality, camera ready or proof sheets on white or pan blue paper. It must be exactly as you want your transfer to be, we do nothing to it. Art cannot be cut, pasted or marked on. Multi color art must be color separated, Labeled for color and have 3 or 4 bullet registration marks. We reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion.

DESIGNER or STANDARD, your art will be kept on file for 2 years after the last order, just submit the last invoice number. Or send us agency quality film positive or vellum exactly as you want your transfer to print. It must be exact size you want. Art cannot be cut, pasted or marked on. Multi color art must be color separated, labeled for color and have 3 or 4 bullet registration marks. We will not be responsible for transfer defects due to the quality of your artwork. In order for vellum or film positives to qualify for reorder pricing the art must meet our standards. We reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion.
