Recommended Cutting & Application Instructions

Cutting:

1) Use a sharp 45 deg. blade.

2) Test cut to determine the appropriate blade pressure, speed, & offset.

3) Cut in mirror image through the adhesive side (dull side) to the tacky carrier.

4) Weed away the excess material that is not need to transfer.

 

Heat Sealing:

1)Preheat the garment.

2) Lay the cut logo in the desired position on the fabric.

3) Temperature: 310*F - 320*F

4) Time: 10 seconds.

5) Pressure: Light to Medium

6) Peel the backing WARM, Do NOT Peel Extremely Hot.

7) Place a flex pad over the design, while the garment is still on the press, and re-apply the heat for 15-20 sec.

release the machine, and remove the pad, and you are finished.

8) For additional layers of Ace Flex Film, repeat the above steps for each layer.
