ARTWORK AND WORK ORDERS
may be faxed to 937-398-1109: However convenient fax transmissions are for rough art or sketches, FAXES ARE NOT AGENCY QUALITY. Faxes
can distort the image, change the size and lose detail. Always specify the size you want your transfers in inches. To qualify for agency quality artwork MUST BE SENT TO US VIA POSTAL, COURIER SERVICE OR E-MAIL and meet other standard print requirements.

FAX PROOFS
Proofing artwork via fax saves time
and mistakes. Faxed artwork may appear larger or smaller than transfers. ANY CHANGES TO A FAX PROOF MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL ART

ARTWORK REPRODUCTION:
The unauthorized use of registered
trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. As all items are custom
manufactured to your specifications, we assume you have obtained permission when you order
such designs. Ace Transfer Company accepts no liability for the unauthorized use of
copyrighted or trademarked material. By submitting the design you warrant you have
permission to reproduce any incorporated, copyrighted or trademarked logos or artwork. We
reserve the right to refuse any job at our discretion or to request proof of permission to
reproduce a logo.
CHANGES AND
CANCELLATIONS:
Changes and
cancellations are generally not possible because of the sheer volume of orders
being produced. However, in the event that a change or cancellation can be made,
there will be a minimum $10.00 change charge and 20% cancellation charge.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please include with all orders a complete work order. WORK
ORDER FORMS CAN BE FOUND ON OUR WORK ORDER PAGE. WE CANNOT
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES RESULTING FROM INCOMPLETE, UNCLEAR OR ILLEGIBLE WORK ORDERS. WE TAKE PHONE ORDERS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
DEPOSITS:
Unless prepaid by check, money order or credit card, all
orders are subject to a deposit.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
& GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the highest
quality available. If any product of ours is found to be defective due to material or
workmanship, we will replace it free of charge including ground shipping. Our liability is
limited to the product or service we have supplied. We are not responsible for goods
damaged from the selection, application, suitability, or use of our product by anyone. By
ordering or acceptance of goods, you assume all liability for any damages of any kind
which may result from use or misuse by you, your employees, customers, or others. You
shall indemnify Ace Transfer Company against all liability, costs or expense which may be
sustained by the company as a result of any loss, damage or injury. Ace is not
responsible for artwork sent to us without an order. Please make sure your art is properly
marked with your name, phone number, quantity, color,size, and other pertinent
information.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE:
Any merchandise return must first be authorized by customer
service. Any merchandise refused for any reason must be prepaid including a $5.00 service
change and any additional shipping charges before it can be resent. This will also
put a hold on your account. We will not process additional orders until the account is
paid.
RETURNED CHECKS:
Checks returned unpaid by the bank for any reason are subject
to a $20.00 handling fee.
SCREEN OR SETUP CHARGES:
There are no screen or setup charges.
Additional Art Charges may apply.
SHIPPING:
SHIPPING BY UPS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. $3.00
HANDLING CHARGE ADDED TO ALL GROUND SHIPMENTS. $4.00 HANDLING CHARGE ADDED TO 2ND DAY AIR SHIPMENTS. $5.00 HANDLING CHARGED ADDED TO ALL NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS.
RUSH SERVICE:
Rush service is available at an
additional cost - Please call for a quote and production time.
